Ministries find themselves in the contexts that are NOT church but have a focus of worshipping
Jesus through a specific expression. The focused expression of a ministry needs
the church and will always lead back to the church which is God's means of discipleship.
Ministries are unique in what they can accomplish and how they can accomplish it.
Helping free slaves, helping young people with
mental health, help proclaim the good news of the gospel, help young adults with their identity,
help families in suffering! Gathering a staff, employing people, making global change.
It is not to say that the focus of the church is not ministries but instead is family, discipleship and support.
The focus of ministries is not to be a family, but instead is to disciple the nations
through a specific expression...
such as helping families & empowering young people and pointing them to the 'church'.
